WaterTree Capital, Inc. (WTC) is a real estate investment company that seeks to to acquire and manage investments with three key attributes: high cash flow, the ability to "add value", and low risk. WTC believes that Mobile Home Parks (MHPs) are an asset class perfectly suited to these attributes, and currently co-manages multiple private real estate investment funds that own MHPs across the country.

Sellers
WTC is looking to acquire Mobile Home Parks nationwide, as well as Single Family Residences (SFRs) and 2-4 Unit Apartments in San Diego and surrounding counties. We work directly with sellers and/or seller’s representatives, and if a property isn't a fit for us we have a large network of investors for whom it might be. We are NOT looking to list your property, we want to buy it!
